Our annual complaints performance

At Exaireo, what matters to our customers matters to us.

If something does go wrong, we want to resolve complaints well as quickly as possible. We know it's really important to our customers that we learn from our mistakes, and we work closely with ourCustomer Complaints Learning Panel to make improvements.

Landlords like Exaireo are required to complete an annual assessment against the Complaints Handling Code to make sure our complaint handling remains in line with the Housing Ombudsman’s requirements. You can read ours here.
